By registering for the Krewe of Bonaparte Second Annual Mardi Gras Classic Golf Tournament, purchasing a sponsorship, or otherwise submitting payment through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Event Registration
Registration is subject to availability. A registration or sponsorship is not considered complete until the required payment has been successfully submitted and accepted.
Event details, schedules, activities, and other arrangements are subject to change when reasonably necessary.
Payment
Payments may be made using the payment methods available during checkout.
By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the credit card, debit card, or bank account provided for payment and authorize payment of the total amount shown at checkout.
ACH / eCheck Authorization
If you choose to pay by ACH or eCheck, you authorize the Krewe of Bonaparte and its payment processor to electronically debit the bank account you provide for the total amount shown on your order at checkout.
By submitting an ACH/eCheck payment, you certify that you are an authorized signer or otherwise authorized to use the bank account provided.
Your authorization is effective on the date you submit your order, and you authorize the transaction to be processed on or after that date.
If you wish to revoke your ACH authorization before the transaction has been processed, contact the Krewe of Bonaparte as soon as possible. Revocation requests received after processing has begun may not be able to stop the transaction.
ACH/eCheck payments are not processed in real time and may require several business days to clear.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tournament registrations and sponsorship purchases are subject to the event’s applicable cancellation and refund policies.
Refunds, when approved, will generally be returned using the original payment method when possible.
Processing and other non-refundable fees may be deducted from a refund when applicable.
Weather and Event Changes
The tournament is an outdoor event and may be affected by weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizers.
The Krewe of Bonaparte reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel tournament activities when necessary for safety, weather, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and comply with the rules and policies of the tournament and host golf course.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship benefits are subject to the specific sponsorship package purchased and applicable event deadlines. Certain recognition, signage, promotional, or other benefits may be unavailable when sponsorship materials or information are received after production deadlines.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, purchasing a sponsorship, or submitting payment.
Information submitted through this website will be used for purposes related to processing your registration, payment, sponsorship, and event communications.
